He was the former head of the furnace group of the Glass Building Materials Design Engineering Department of China National Light Engineering Design Institute. He has designed and reviewed more than 100 glass furnaces, feeding channels and annealing furnaces. Participated in the design cooperation of glass furnaces of Q-I Corporation in the United States, Soeger Corporation in Germany, Horne Corporation, France Bow and Arrow Group, Toyo Corporation in Japan, and Vittel Corporation in Italy, as well as the transformation of imported furnaces, part of the design and on-site guidance of Shanghai Shenguang Glass Corporation. The service life of the furnaces reached more than 13 years. The design of the tube pulling furnace of Linxian Pharmaceutical Glass Company has a service life of 10 and a half years. It is the first person in China to complete the design of the glass insulator furnace. The insulator furnace designed for Nanjing Electric Porcelain General Factory has been in operation for more than 8 years.
