He was the former head of the furnace group of the Glass Building Materials Design Engineering Department of China National Light Engineering Design Institute. He has been engaged in the design of furnaces for more than 40 years, and has profound knowledge in the design of various types of flame furnaces for various glass products and the matching of refractory materials. He has designed and reviewed more than 100 glass furnaces, feeding channels and annealing furnaces. Participated in the design cooperation of glass furnaces of Q-I Corporation in the United States, Soeger Corporation in Germany, Horne Corporation, France Bow and Arrow Group, Toyo Corporation in Japan, and Vittel Corporation in Italy, as well as the transformation of imported furnaces, part of the design and on-site guidance of Shanghai Shenguang Glass Corporation. The service life of the furnaces reached more than 13 years. The design of the tube pulling furnace of Linxian Pharmaceutical Glass Company has a service life of 10 and a half years. It is the first person in China to complete the design of the glass insulator furnace. The insulator furnace designed for Nanjing Electric Porcelain General Factory has been in operation for more than 8 years. Won two national excellent design awards; Two ministerial excellent engineering design awards; He has published many papers, won 9 technical patents, 4 provincial and ministerial scientific research progress awards, won the second prize of excellent engineering design in young industry in 2005, and won the engineering contracting award of China Light Industry Survey and Design Association. He used to be a member of the Council of the National Industrial Furnace Committee, and a member of the Expert Committee of the Deputy Secretary General of the Furnace Group of the Glass Professional Furnace Committee of the China Silicate Association. He is now the Deputy Secretary General of the Glass Furnace Professional Committee of China Energy Conservation Association and the Deputy Leader of the Expert Group.
