Research direction: mainly for glass electrofusion technology and complete sets of equipment, crystal glass, lead-free glass, environment-friendly glass, advanced refractory materials, energy-saving technology and related supporting equipment. Over the years, he has completed more than 100 promotion projects of advanced glass electrofusion technology with energy conservation and emission reduction, and has repeatedly exported technology and equipment to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, the Middle East and other countries. He is the project leader of Donghua University awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China as the support for the promotion of electrofusion technology. In 2009, the project of "Research and electrofusion of energy-saving electric light source glass" won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Light Industry Federation. In 2010, "Development and industrialization of energy-saving lightweight high-temperature refractory materials" won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of China Light Industry Federation.
It has successively undertaken more than 200 scientific research projects, 5 international cooperation projects, published more than 30 academic papers, 8 invention patents, won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, etc., and won the Advanced Personal Honor Certificate for the Promotion of "Glass Electrofusion Technology and Complete Sets of Equipment" issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. It has trained dozens of graduate and undergraduate students.
